Acceptance of your ADHD
Dr. Olivardia will discuss the importance of acceptance as an essential ingredient in succeeding with ADHD. The definition of acceptance and how it opens one up to developing ADD-friendly strategies for getting through life without judgement will be reviewed. Blocks to acceptance, like negative self-talk, will be reviewed. Ways to develop more of a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to ADHD will be discussed. Dr. Olivardia will share personal (and humorous) examples of his own experience with ADHD.
